The location was superb and near many sights. The staff were friendly.
The valet parking was quite problematic. They told me parking was available close to the hotel. the garage was actually 5km away. I waited thirty minutes for the valet to arrive, annoying.

good locationuncomfortable mattress
the location was very good, placing me close to many attractions.
the bed in my room was not comfortable at all. the mattress felt too firm and made it difficult to sleep well. i think even a simple mattress topper could improve it.

The hotel had a great location close to many attractions. My room felt very historical. The artwork and paintings on the ceiling were nice.
The valet parking was not ideal. The valet was unable to speak English, and the garage was further than expected. The receptionist was not friendly when I mentioned the lack of hotel signage.

The air conditioning worked really well. It was definitely needed. the room i stayed in was spacious and very clean (i always appreciate that).
it was sometimes difficult to find the exact entrance since there was not a clear sign on the street.
